Larry Nealy

Larry is one of the founding partners of Axiom Solutions. He is based in Denver, CO.
Larry has been a Partner in Axiom since 2001. Prior to Axiom, Larry served as a Director for myCFO, Inc. As the manager of the National Sales Team, he worked with Senior Management on the design and rollout of holistic, best-in-class, solutions for the Ultra Affluent. Prior to myCFO, Larry was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche. As part of a national tax-consulting group, he focused on providing tax planning for Fortune 500 companies across the country. Larry also spent time at KPMG and Ernst & Young. He brings over 14 years of experience working with high net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, Investment Banks related to merger and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He has also been involved in numerous Initial Public Offerings and SEC registrant engagements. Larry is an active member of various Denver Business organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce.
Larry holds a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Frank Saya

Frank is a General Partner and is based in Denver.
Frank has over 24 years experience building successful businesses. He worked as a National Product/Sales Manager and Trainer for Ferring Laboratories. At Ferring Labs Frank worked on a cutting edge hormone replacement therapy called Lutrepulse. Over his 5 years at Ferring Labs Frank’s 13 state territory produced over 6000 babies for families who could not conceive and became the most successful and number 1 territory in the world. His techniques for patient acceptance as well as doctors product recommendations were modeled all over the world in every country Ferring Labs operated in. From Ferring, Frank joined SuperNet Inc., one of the original six Internet sites in the country. At SuperNet he developed a world-class sales/product team that sold internet connectivity to the who's who of businesses in Colorado. Within two years, Frank tripled the company’s revenues, positioning SuperNet to become the first of many Internet related acquisitions for Qwest Communications. At Qwest, Frank held various senior level sales management positions and created the sales branch model that Qwest replicated throughout the country. Frank also helped build Qwest Cyber Solutions (QCS) the KPMG/Qwest ASP partnership, which later sold to Corio.
Following Qwest, Frank held several executive-level sales management positions in entrepreneurial technology companies including BlueStar Solutions, Riverstone Networks, and Ricochet Networks. In addition, Frank founded Aiirmesh Communications, one of the first efforts to create a city-wide non-proprietary 802.11 network for public use.
Frank holds a BS in Business and Psychology from Montclair State University.

David Ahn

David is a General Partner and is based in our Los Angeles office.
David has spent the past 11 years in a variety of management positions with Ernst & Young, and Deloitte & Touche. Most recently, David was a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s national group specializing in Accounting Period and Methods, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Research and Development Tax Credit serving Fortune 500 clients in the high-tech, manufacturing, and entertainment industries. David brings an intimate and extensive experience with tax law to Axiom.
David has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
